William R. McCarty

Bill McCarty succeeded his father, Carl, as the owner of Tri-City Insurance Service, Inc. Bill is a life-long resident of northern Kentucky, who graduated from NKU in 1972. He has formerly served as president of the northern Kentucky Insurance Agents and served on the board for the Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky. Bill has also served on the agents advisory board for Motorist Mutual Insurance Co. and Aetna Casualty and Surety. Bill and his wife Donna live in Union. They have two grown children and three grandchildren.

Mark Hollowell

Mark is a 1977 graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has been with Tri-City since 1981. Mark has served as president of the Northern Kentucky Independent Insurance Agents and has also served on the Presidents Advisory Boards for Motorists Insurance Companies and Grange Insurance Companies. Mark has been a member of the Florence Lions Club since 1983 and served as President in 1987. Mark and his wife Bonnie live in Florence, and have two children.

Donna McCarty

Donna joined the family business in 1978. She is a 1996 graduate of Thomas More College, earning a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. She has served her community as President of the Yearling's, a women's orginization who raises charitable funds and has actively participated with her husband Bill, who is agency principal, in the Kentucky Independent Agents Association. Her responsibilities within the agency include the agency accounting and computer management system. Donna embraces the opportunity to work with her family including her husband, her son Ryan W. McCarty, and her brother Mark Hollowell.

Ryan W. McCarty

Ryan is a 2003 graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has been with Tri-City Insurance since 2000. He is a member of the Kentucky Young Insurance Professionals and serves on their Committee. Ryan has also obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. He lives in Union with his wife Brandy, son Carson, and Daughter Sophia.

Brent Boden

Brent is a 2007 Graduate of The University of Kentucky. He joined Tri-City Insurance in 2010 after 2 years with Metlife as a financial services representative. Brent is licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina holding series 6 and 63 securities licenses and life & health license. He currently resides in Florence, KY with his wife, Nikki. Paul Gronefeld

Paul is the Life, Health, Investments and Disability Insurance Specialist. He has been a member of Tri-City Insurance since 1978. Paul works with Annuities and Long-term Care Insurance. Paul's prior experience includes teaching and coaching. He holds a Masters of Education Degree from Xavier University. Paul has also attended Purdue University for Financial Planning.

Jerry is a 1991 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. He joined Tri-City in 2010 after spending 15 years working for Cincinnati Insurance Co., Motorist Insurance Co. and 3 years for an agency in Cincinnati. He lives in Ft. Thomas with his sons, Nicholas and Cole. Jerry is active in coaching baseball and football.

Donald Martin

Donnie is a Florence native, dedicated to the people of the community. He is a member of the Florence Elks, a benevolent organization dedicated to funding youth scholarships, families in need, and other charitable functions. Donnie joined Tri-City Insurance in March 2006, after spending nine years in customer service at a local corporation.

George joined Tri-City Insurance in 2004. George's professional insurance experience spans over 25 years. George serves as the agency's church insurance specialist, sharing his broad knowledge of specialty coverages to the areas's religious community. Additionally, his responsibilities include providing assistance to commercial, personal lines, and life insurance clients. George prides himself on providing exceptional customer service to all of his clients, and is very excited to be associated with Tri-City Insurance.

Allisa started her insurance career with Tri-City Insurance in August of 1989, becoming a licensed property and casualty agent in 1993. In 1994, Allisa obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative from the Society of Certified Insurance Representatives.

Margie started working in the insurance industry in 1973. She worked for The Hartford for over 20 before joining Tri-City in 2001. Margie is currently a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.

Sara graduated from Ivy Tech State College in 2000 with an Associates Degree in Accouting. She has been in the insurance industry for 12 years and started her career in personal lines. She currently lives in Florence, IN with her husband Tracy and son Jacob. She enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
